Return Policy & Process:
Due to how fast orders move through our warehouse, we are unable to cancel an order once it's been submitted. We do, however, have a way of returning the order for in-store credit. Please contact customer service for additional information!
When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.
- Regular price items can be returned for store credit only. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions.
- We cannot provide exchanges or holds, due to limited inventory.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes Daily Deals, All Discount Codes 20% or greater, Sale items, Items ending in .99, Doorbusters.
- Accessories and Bralettes are Final Sale and are non-returnable.
- Returns must be post marked within 15 (fifteen) days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 15 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
- We do not need to be notified of any return(s) prior to sending them to us.
- PLEASE INCLUDE RECEIPT OR ORDER NUMBER when sending back your return.
- Return items must be in their original, new condition. Tags must be attached and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of odors and stains. If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- Store credit is issued within 5-7 business days of the return arriving to the store. You are notified via email that store credit has been issued, To redeem it check the 'Account Credit' to apply balance at checkout.
- ANY ITEMS REJECTED FOR A RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RESHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RESHIPPING FEE IN 10 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.

**USPS assures that the packackage will be delivered to our PO BOX. Shipping via UPS or FedEx will not garuntee someone will be at the store for delivery and your package may be sent back to you, if this happens we are not liable and your return deadline will not be extended.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects.
